Nature-Based & Equine-Assisted Growth Processes
We design nature-based and equine-assisted growth and learning experiences for individuals, families, parents and children, adolescents, and groups. Through structured, non-riding interactions with horses and immersive outdoor experiences, participants explore communication, trust, boundaries, emotional regulation, leadership, and relational patterns in an experiential and embodied way. These processes can be adapted for parent–child work, adolescent development, family workshops, leadership groups, and broader personal-growth settings in nature.

Individual Nature- and Equine-Assisted Growth Process
A personal growth process for individuals working on self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, boundaries, relational patterns, presence, and decision-making through structured, non-riding work with horses and reflective time in nature.
Parent–Child Nature- and Equine-Assisted Process
A shared process for a parent and child focused on communication, trust, leadership, boundaries, cooperation, emotional regulation, and strengthening the relationship through experiential interaction with horses and outdoor activities.
Adolescent Nature- and Equine-Assisted Process
A process for adolescents focused on identity, self-confidence, emotional regulation, social communication, independence, agency, and patterns of coping in a grounded, experiential outdoor setting that may include work with horses.
Meaningful Family Experience / Family Workshop in Nature
A one-time or short-series family experience designed both as a meaningful shared activity and as an opportunity for reflection, connection, and growth. This can be adapted for milestones or simply a special family day with deeper emotional value in a natural setting, with or without horses.
Parent Group & Leadership / Team Workshops
Experiential parent groups combining horse-based activities with nature-based reflection. Additionally, specialized workshops for organizations and teams focusing on leadership presence, nonverbal communication, and collaboration using both outdoor experiences and non-riding work with horses.
