About Us
The practice is led by Yarden Mendelson and Noa Leuchter, bringing together expertise in clinical psychology, organizational complexity, and unconventional problem-solving.

Noa Leuchter, PhD
Noa Leuchter holds a Ph.D. in the Anthropology of Organizations. Her research has focused on processes of identity formation and transformation, belonging, and community, both in the context of social groups and local initiatives, and within organizational settings. She has over a decade of experience in higher education in pedagogical development and curriculum design within business administration programs, alongside contributions to research and publication in organizational behavior and development. Her higher education experience is complemented by ongoing professional development in community engagement, career counseling, and organizational change management.
Â
In her consulting work, she draws on extensive experience leading teams, designing learning systems, and guiding organizational change across educational and community-based settings. Noa’s approach integrates deep analytical insight with practical, people-centered methods - supporting individuals in career development, communities in building meaningful connections, and organizations in navigating change with clarity and purpose.Â
Yarden Mendelson, PhD
Yarden holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and is a licensed clinical psychologist in Israel. Her professional training includes psychological assessment, psychotherapy, parent guidance, couples and family therapy, autism assessment, EMDR, and equine-assisted psychotherapy and learning, including EAGALA-based training. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, parents, couples, and families across clinical, educational, and community settings.
Â
Yarden’s work is grounded in the belief that people are best understood within the full context of their inner world, relationships, family systems, culture, and lived experience. She brings a flexible and integrative approach to her work, moving thoughtfully between traditional clinical spaces, community settings, and experiential environments such as equine-assisted growth and learning. Across these settings, she helps individuals, families, clinicians, and groups identify underlying patterns, strengthen connection, and translate insight into meaningful change.
